Tour cancellation or change of programme by EXPLORE DUBROVNIK:
Explore Dubrovnik reserves the right to change the route due to unfavourable sea conditions or any weather conditions that could endanger passengers. The final decision is made by the captain / skipper for the benefit of all passengers.
Cancellation Policy
Client has the right to cancel the tour. If the client cancels their reservation / service purchased within 5 days before the start of the tour, he / she is not entitled to a refund. If the client does not appear on the day of departure of the tour ( which has previously been paid entirely), and did not announce arrival issues or changes (within 24 hours before departure) he / she is not entitled to a refund from what has been paid for the tour.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you need to exchange your purchased tour for the same tour but at a later date, send us an email at {sales@ExploreDubrovnik.com} as soon as possible.
